Scheduling your appointment ahead of time is strongly recommended. A credit card is required to hold your appointment time. Please note that we make a commitment to you the moment your first session is booked. Because we honor your business and know how important your time is here with us, we guarantee your appointment by refusing all other requests for that time booked.

Plan on arriving 15 minutes before your initial session to fill out forms, and answer any relevant questions regarding your health and any goals or expectations you may have in mind. We recommend to all of our clients that they be at least 5-10 minutes early so you have an opportunity to relax and unwind from the day and possibly, the commute here. We offer filtered water or tea to start calming the body and mind.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for any scheduled appointment. You will be charged full amount of the session booked if notice is not given 24 hours in advance. Late and no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the treatment booked.

We validate for Parcel 7 Parking Garage which is located directly across the street from our studio at 145 Hanover Street. The validation is $1/hour for up to 3 hours, after which normal parking rates apply. Note that the entrance for Parcel 7 Parking Garage is on New Sudbury Street.
